Appreciated the room on cable tv, my bed was good. Its location was very central, a short walk to El Entrevero. What's more, it was near to the square across from the cathedral, many restaurants, bars, sights to see, and close to bars.

Greatly enjoyed very good breakfast, great-sized room.
Location: the hotel was just off shops, old town & food as well as the square. There was Bar Hispano, located nearby, where we relaxed...

Absolutely loved the breakfast spread, especially the assorted fruits! The nearby Bar Hispano is a must-visit for delicious food and vibe. Plus, the location is a gem for foodies eager to explore Montevideo's culinary scene.
WiFi was sporadic and there was an odd odor upon entering the room, but it faded quickly. Still, everything else brought a shine to my stay.

Fairly central location
Did not have flat screen tv as advertised. Furnishings were a bit dated and not worthy of a 4 star rating.

I really enjoyed my time there, especially the amazing breakfast with the best coffee. It's such a short walk to the beautiful Plaza Fabini and the iconic Solis Theatre.

Very comfortable room and bed. Relatively quiet location. Excellent breakfast buffet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Excellent value.
It would be nice to have a personal safe in the room, although this service is offered at the reception.

Charming vintage experience in Montevideo
The hotel's central location made it easy to explore Montevideo's culture and attractions on foot, with friendly staff always ready to offer helpful advice. Breakfast was a good treat, with a wide range of options.
While the hotel has a nostalgic charm, some amenities are outdated, including the slow-filling toilet in our room with a humorous distraction . Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent.

The staff is so kind! And the breakfast was really nice! I do recommend to everyone.
The rooms should be better equipped for a 4 stars hotel.

Its close to the citt center.
I asked since the booking for a double room. As me and wife arrived there was only twin rooms and the woman at the reception seemed to be not worry about this. She was very unpolite saying that they have a lot of people arriving and would just try to manage us if she have free time in the following days. Poor!

secure parking garage, close proximity to local restaurants, spacious bathroom with a bidet
The rooms feel very outdated with minimal updates!!! The Wi-Fi connection left much to be desired, sporadic at best!!!
